Terms & Conditions of Sales

All sales are final and no refunds can be made after an order has already begun production. We will make our best effort to refund money if it is canceled only before any production starts. 

All digital artwork and proofs are non refundable.

Any order that is being shipped to a New York State address must be charged the proper sales tax for which county the order is being shipped to. Sales tax will include the product ordered and any shipping fees.

Due to the custom nature of the product if you do not end up being satisfied with the design you provided us with there will be no refund or exchanges.

ProCustomButtons.com can not be held responsible for any copyrighted or trademarked images that you upload to us to make for you.

By submitting an order you are assuming all legal responsibility as the owners of such design, including copyrights and trademarks.

ProCustomButtons.com can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Furthermore we can not be held responsible for any delays in the USPS mail system.

Turn around times on standard orders are estimates only. ProCustomButtons.com can not be held responsible for any delay in your given turn around time.

ProCustomButtons.com does not handle any of the credit card payments. All problems with credit card transactions must be taken up with our provider www.paypal.com.

Any bounced checks will be paid by the buyer and cover all banking fees plus an additional $25.00 fee.
