What does your business do?                                                                                                                                                            - We are a custom pin-back button production company based in upstate New York. We can make you custom pin-back buttons using your very own design or logo. Our buttons are for individuals, businesses, schools, bands, and anyone else who needs them.

How are your products made?                                                                                                                                                            - We simply take the design or logo your provide us with and print it out onto high quality photographic paper with high definition inks.  We then assemble your buttons with the highest quality USA made parts and put a protective plastic covering over the paper to ensure a long lasting button that you will love!

How do I order buttons?                                                                                                                                                                         - Ordering is easy! Use our buttons templates to design your button. Then just fill out our simple order form. After you fill it out we will email you a digital proof of what your button is going to look like. We will also send you a PayPal email invoice that will have link inside of it to take you to our secure check out page to pay by credit card or e-check. You'll then be on your way to having your very own custom made buttons in no time!

I can't figure out the template. Can you design my button for me?                                                                           - Yes we would be happy to help you. Please email us your design idea and attach any artwork you have to help@procustombuttons.com. Also include what size you would like, how many you need, and the shipping zip code. Please do not call us about design assistance as we can not help you over the  phone. We have found that email is the best way for us to help you with making your design.

I have a design/logo file, can you guys put it on the template for me?
- Yes, no problem! We will put your design or logo on the button as big as it will fit in the center for FREE! Just send us what you have by uploading it to us on our order form. We will then put it in the template for you and send it to you as a digital proof attached to the design approval email.

What is your average turn around time / How long will it take to get my buttons?
- Our average turn around time for standard service orders is only 3-5 business days for production time plus up to another 2-5 days for shipping. Please make sure you allow up to 2 full weeks from the time you make payment until you need to have your buttons arrive in the mail. If you need your buttons with in the next 2 weeks or less you may need to use our RUSH order service. Please make sure you give us your deadline date on the order form.

What is your RUSH order service?*
- Our RUSH order service is our fastest service option available. We combine overnight shipping or priority air shipping with a 1-2 day turn around that we guarantee will get you your buttons on time or we will refund your money!

*There is a rush order fee based on the production deadline plus expedited shipping charges to use this service.

What type of files do you accept for designs?
- For the best results please use our templates located in the top menu link above. We can also accept pretty much any type of file you send as long as it is 300 dpi and CMYK. We can also use RGB and less than 300dpi designs but can not be held responsible for slight color shifts. Due to different color variances in computer monitors we do also offer physical proofs that are mailed to you for $5.00 each. Can I split my order up into different designs for the same price for that quantity?                                                                                                                      - Yes you may split an order into two designs as long as they are the same size button.

Do you print your buttons in full color?
- Yes we print all of our buttons in high resolution full color with our Epson printer. It is capable of printing up to 5760 x 1440 optimized dpi!

How do you accept payment?
- We prefer PayPal or by Credit Card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check) or you can also pay by mailing us a check or money order.

Do you ship internationally outside of the USA?
- Yes we do but you have to pay the extra shipping charges, please send us an email to help@procustombuttons.com for a custom quote.
