How are your products made? - We take your design and print them out on to photo glossy paper with hi-definition inks. We then assemble your buttons with the highest quality USA made parts and put a protective plastic covering over the paper.
I can't figure out the template. Can you design my button for me? - We are sorry but we do not offer any graphic design help or assistance at this time. We can only print buttons from designs that you create on your own or have made for you by someone else. Most of our customers use Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Photoshop CS. Both have free trials you can search for and download online to create your button designs with.
I have a design/logo file, can you guys
put it on the template for me?
- Yes, no problem! We will put your
design/logo on the button as big
as it will fit in the center for FREE! Just send us what you have by
uploading it on our order form and
we will put it in the template then send you the proof by email.
However, you must make payment in full before we send you the proof.
What is your average turn around time?
- Our average turn around time for standard service orders is 5-7 business days plus up to another 3-9 days for shipping. Please make sure you allow up to 3 weeks from the time you make payment till you need to have your buttons arrive in the mail. If you need your buttons with in the next 3 weeks or less you will need to use our RUSH order service.
What is your RUSH order service?
- Our RUSH order service is our fastest service option available. We combine overnight shipping or air shipping with a super fast turn around time that we guarantee will get you your buttons on time or we will refund your money!
This service costs an extra 75%-25% extra on top of shipping costs. 1-3 day service is 75%, 4-7 day service is 50%, 8-11 day service is 25%, 12-21 day service is no extra charge, you just pay for the air shipping costs!
How do I place a RUSH order? - To order a RUSH order please send us an email to rushorders@procustombuttons.com and include your design as an email attachment and also the order information such as your shipping address, what day you need the buttons to arrive by, how many you need, and what sizes. We promise we will get back to you with in that same business day or at the start of our next business day.
Can I split my
order up into different designs for the same price for that quantity? - Yes but you can only split
the order into two different designs and it has to be for a total of 100
buttons (i.e. 50 and 50) or more. Any other additional designs after
two will be charged for their own quantity amount.
What type of files do you accept for designs?
- For the best results please use our templates located on the main
home page. We can also accept pretty much any type of file you send as
long as it is 300 dpi and CMYK. We can also use RGB and less than
300dpi designs but can not be held responsible for slight color shifts.
Do you print your buttons in full color?
- Yes we print all of our buttons in high resolution full color with our Epson
printer. It is capable of printing up to 5760 x 1440 optimized dpi!
How do you accept payment?
- We prefer PayPal(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check) or you can also send us a money order.
Do you ship internationally outside of the USA?
- Yes we do but you have to pay the extra shipping charges, please
send us an email to orders@procustombuttons.com for a custom quote.
